Princess Castleberry Rebrand

Creative Director + Brand Manager

Summary

The objective was to refresh Princess Castleberry's brand to better reflect the confidence, expertise, and presence she'd already built as a speaker and leadership coach. Princess had established a strong reputation, but her visual brand wasn't telling the same story. Together, we uncovered what made her different and translated that into a brand that felt polished, approachable, and unmistakably her.

The Challenge

  • Visual Disconnect: Bridging the gap between Princess's high-caliber real-world reputation and a visual brand that was lagging behind her actual expertise.

  • Capturing Personality: Translating a complex professional identity—balancing authority as a leadership coach with a warm, magnetic presence—into a cohesive design language.

  • Platform Consistency: Creating a flexible system of assets that allowed her to show up uniformly across speaking engagements, digital media, and presentation materials.

Approach

Princess had built a strong reputation, but her visual brand wasn't telling the same story. Together, we uncovered what made her different and translated that into a brand that felt polished, approachable, and unmistakably her.

We first discovered her brand archetype, a Sage with a touch of magic, we created a moodboard to capture her future visual identity that balanced wisdom with warmth.

From the logo and color palette to social media templates, presentation materials, and digital assets, every piece was designed to feel cohesive and intentional.

The Impact

The rebrand gave Princess a visual identity that finally matched the caliber of her work and positioned her for long-term growth.

  • Unified Visual Presence: Established a recognizable, cohesive aesthetic across every digital and print touchpoint.

  • Elevated Brand Authority: Successfully aligned her public-facing design with her established status as an expert speaker and coach.

  • Execution Confidence: More importantly, the new identity gave her the confidence to show up consistently across every platform, creating a brand that felt authentic and ready to scale.
